1. What is Klient-e?
	Roughly, Klient is our online tool which provides a perfect way of communication between us and our customers. This tool effectively maintains an online agenda of the current projects being developed, an area where every step is recorded, logged and can be checked by the approved visitors or staff involved in the projects.

2. What will I find inside Klient-e?
	As a customer, you will find all the information relating to your project. Every minor change to be maded in a certain design will be posted for your approval in a comprehensive, friendly-user report screen. You can even get a track of several projects with a couple of clicks for full control of what´s going on.

3. How do I communicate with mcomdesign Staff?
	The communication is bothways: you can post messages in a private forum about a certain element, and read what the other part has to say in reply. The advantages of this system are clear enough; every communication is logged and can be checked and confirmed backwards. Since we accept works for customers worldwide, this breaks the inconvenient of having different time zones.

4. What else is Klient-e?
	Klient-e is our most useful developing tool. The mcomdesign staff uses it on a daily basis, not just for customers´ projects but for internal control and organization. Working on Internet means that we needn´t having our workers located phisically at our offices, so the need of a specialised tool to track down projects quickly became a need. So there was born Klient-e, for mcomdesign dealing with its array of freelancers and punctual, experienced staff in certain areas, along with the internal employees. To this extent, and thanks to the implementation of different account levels, each project can be propperly managed, so team leaders, project managers and staff can collaborate towards a perfect log and administration of every step. The different account levels are draft here: - Team Leaders As administrators, they have full privileges and can add or edit everything in klient-e databases. Project Managers A project manager is someone assigned to a given solution for a certain customer. He is in charge of maintaining the communication between mcomdesign and the customer, and keeping a track of what staff is doing in certain sections assigned to them. He can also read and post communications with the team leaders in private areas. Staff Plain vanilla accounts are given to mcomdesign employees or freelancers who are involved in the project but cannot maintain communication with the customer, nor posting elements or uploading anything. They have access so they can have a clear idea of how the project is going, what the customer is demanding, and specifically, they can share resources with other employees or the project managers. This is an excellent tool to provide team leaders a complete track on how the employees are performing and how much time they are spending on a given point. Sales Department The customer is tracked down since he starts talking with us for the very first time. It is the sales department duty to record every meeting, customers´ enquires, thoughts about the budget, and every administrative issue related to the project. Once the project is launched, sales department releases the client to the designers where the develop starts. Administration Administrative staff have also access to klient-e with a limited access to internal administration tools. Obviously, they will only be awared of administrative issues of customers. Indeed, they will never have access to the development area. Customers Customers log into klient-e to check how their project is going on and collaborate in the full development.

5. My project is top-secret
	Klient-e honors your privacy. It works on a secure server, class-A server, protected by firewalls, with a minimum number of approved personel allowed to access certain areas of your project.

6. The whole thing sounds tricky. Will I receive any kind of help?
	Klient-e has been designed so you will be ready to work with it with in a couple of clicks. Besides, when you contract with us you will receive a printed reference guide with all the information you will ever need. Moreover, a localised help feature has been added at every stage for quick reference. And of course, you can always reach us by telephone, online guidance (chat) or claim for a commercial agent to phisically visit you in your offices if possible.

7. Great! Can I implement Klient-e on my own web site?
	mcomdesign can license the Klient-e Engine for your business. We will customize klient-e to your personal needs, working towards the perfect implementation on your website while providing the adminitrative tools suitable for your specific business.
